NOTICE OF HEARING FOR A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FILLMORE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS
ITC MIDWEST, LLC
Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Planning Commission has been presented an application from ITC Midwest, LLC, represented by David Gross, of 100 E. Grand Avenue, Suite 230, Des Moines, IA 50309, for a Conditional Use Permit for an Electric Substation on property located in the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 4, Sumner Township. The property is located in an Agricultural District and is approximately 10 miles west of the City of Chatfield.
Notice is further given that said petitioner ITC Midwest, LLC, represented by David Gross, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on May 21, 2020 at 7:12 p.m. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions on public gatherings, the public hearing will be conducted by WebEx. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Information will be available at that time as to when the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners will act upon this petition.
