NOTICE
The Fillmore County Planning Commission will conduct a meeting on the evening of Thursday, August 20, 2020, starting at 7:00 p.m. There will be public hearings on the following two conditional Use Permit applications: Timberwolf Wind, LLC, for a Meteorological Tower in Harmony Township; and Powder Ridge Development Services, LLC, for a Telecommunications Tower in Norway Township. There will be a public hearing on a proposed Zoning Ordinance amendment to Section 604.03(13) of the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance, as well as a public hearing on a proposed Ordinance amendment to the Fillmore County SSTS Ordinance. There may be a discussion of other proposed Ordinance amendments.
