Qualified bidders may submit bids for the project at the Fillmore County Historical Society for an HVAC system design for two of its buildings. Work for this project consists of a design engineer creating the new system and a second, independent engineer serving as a peer reviewer of the design, both following the recommendations stipulated in the HVAC Assessment previously completed. Knowledge of forced air systems and museum standards is preferred.
The museum is located at 202 County 8, Fountain, MN 55935.
FCHS will receive lump sum bids until 3 p.m. on February 6, 2026. Site visits will be scheduled in February 2026. A final selection will be made no later than March 31, 2026.
