On September 27, Matthew Dean Storlie, 39, of Preston, appeared before District Court Judge Matthew J. Opat. Storlie is charged with Terroristic Threats – Reckless Disregard Risk, a felony with a maximum sentence of five years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both. On or about September 23, within Fillmore County, it was reported that the defendant allegedly became abusive and made grievous threats to significant others around him.
