On December 21, Donald Wayne Morrow, 51, of LeRoy, appeared before District Court Judge Matthew J. Opat. Morrow is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, a felony with a maximum criminal penalty of five years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both. On or about December 20, the defendant was allegedly stopped for expired tabs. It was then allegedly discovered the defendant’s license was Cancelled Inimical to Public Safety, a gross misdemeanor for which Morrow was placed under arrest. At the Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office, 3.5 grams of methamphetamine were allegedly discovered on the defendant.
