On July 9, Justin Dean House, appeared before District Court Judge Matthew J. Opat. House, 35, of Harmony, is charged with 3rd Degree Drug Possession (Methamphetamine/Amphetamine in School/Park/Public Housing Zone). It is a felony with a maximum criminal penalty of 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, or both. On or about July 7, a conservation officer allegedly approached the defendant while fishing in a public park. In his possession, House allegedly had (drug) items including a substance that tested positive for meth.
