On February 15, 2018, Nathan Randal Gossman, of Canton, appeared (via Rule) before District Court Judge Matthew J. Opat. Gossman, 33, is charged with Fleeing Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle, a felony with a maximum sentence of three years and one day in prison, a $5,000 fine, or both. On or about, February 10, Gossman allegedly fled from police officers, and was engaged in a lengthy chase traversing Winona and Fillmore Counties. Gossman has a parole warrant.
