of the contract
Public Health:
•Board approved Beckley’s quote to add panel extenders to the existing panels ad
ing privacy and reducing sound for $6,667.50
Attorney:
•Corson gave a litigation update regarding Amish Septic regulations; the MN Court
of Appeals ruled in FC favor
Administrator:
•Board approved Gopher Septic to replace compressor for Greenleafton Septic
System, cost approximately $4,000.00
•Hillery presented the 2023 budget numbers and a proposed preliminary at 3.35%;
Commissioner by consensus asked Hillery to move the levy to 3.9% and plug di
ference into the Unallocated Expense for next meeting
Sheriff:
•Board approved EMPG Grant Contract for $20.751.00 with the County matching
that amount for 2021
Social Services Manager Interviews:
•6 applicants were present for their interviews
•Hiring Committee approved offering position to the highest overall candidate Wanda
