Fillmore County Board of Commissioners met in a special session at the Courthouse in the City of Preston.

•Seachange Print Innovations (Election-Mail Ballot Postage)$2,902.50
•Ziegler Inc (Machinery Parts)$2,087.56
•Liberty Tire Recycling LLC (Management of Problem Wastes)$5,556.99
Finance:
•Board approved reinvesting maturing CD at 5.5% interest with MAGIC for 6 months.
Public Health:
•Board approved the purchase of new blinds for the County Office Building.
•Board approved the date of July 2, 2024 to hold a Public Hearing for the Public Use of Cannabinoids Ordinance.
Human Resources:
•Board approved the promotion of Brooke Johnson from Part-Time Jailer to Full-Time Jailer; effective June 7, 2024 at Grade 8/Step 1 at $24.96
•Board approved the 4-year reappointment for County Engineer Ron Gregg.
Administrator:
•Board approved entering into a contract for 2024 and 2025 with Winona Advocacy for Sexual Assault Victim Services, pending County Attorney review.
•Board approved the time scheduling for the 2025 Budget.
