•Board approved bid for Air Duct cleaning from Schwickert’s Tecta America in the

Human Resources:
•Board approved the request to hire Dale Egge as part-time Custodian effective
2/28/22.
•Board approved the request to advertise for Highway Maintenance worker in the
Spring Valley shop internally and externally simultaneously
•Board approved to the request to advertise for Office Support Specialist, Sr.
internally and externally simultaneously
•Board approved the request to promote Heath Mensink, intermittent jailer, to
full-time status effective 4/1/22.
Administrator:
•Board approved Mary Schwarz for District 4 representative for EDA
•Review of $4,900 payment to AMC for Human Resources
•Board approved to reissue the contract and payment to Preston, on behalf of the
Lanesboro Ambulance
•Review of City of Canton resolution regarding tax forfeited property
•Review of the jail architect interviews
•Board approved the agreement to provide prosecution services for the City of
Canton
•Board approved the agreement to provide prosecution services for the City of Mabel
•Review of Work Remote Policy
