Social Services and follow all aftercare recommendations, No mood-altering chemicals – abstain from the use and possession of all mood altering chemicals including alcohol (except those prescribed by a licensed physician and those should be taken only in the amount and dosages prescribed), Do not enter bars or liquor stores – refrain from entering any establishment where the primary business is the sale of alcohol – if it is a restaurant/bar establishment defendant must refrain from entering the bar area, must remain in the restaurant area, No contact with persons associated with illegal drugs – defendant not (to) associate with individuals who are known to be using or possessing alcohol or controlled substances, Random testing – at the request of agent or an officer believing (s)he may be using – refusal to test will be considered a violation, No contact with victim(s) – have no direct or indirect contact with the victim of this offense, No assault, no assaultive, or threatening behavior while on probation, Obtain employment and maintain employment to the best of ability, Cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, Obtain permission from agent before leaving the state – for any overnight stay out of the state defendant will obtain written permission from agent 14 days before leaving, Write letter of apology to the victim – letter must be turned into agent for approval.
