Conditional Use Permit Request
On Tuesday, December 7th, 2021, after 7:30 pm, the Elmira Township Board will hold a public hearing at the Elmira Town Hall, 27 Winona Street, Chatfield, MN, 55923 regarding:
An application for a conditional use permit to allow for the construction of a driveway across floodplain soils. Section 9.02 of the Elmira Township Zoning Ordinance allows the placement of fill within the floodplain only after the receipt of a conditional use permit.
