Elizabeth C. Wolf, age 100, of Owatonna, formerly of Preston, died on December 29, 2024, at Timberdale Trace Assisted Living, Owatonna.
Funeral services were held on Friday, January 3, 2025, at Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault, at 10:30 a.m., with the Reverend Dr. Jef Olson officiating. Visitation was held one hour prior to the service on Friday. Interment took place at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Preston.
Elizabeth Clair, daughter of Calton Sr. and Carol (Barber) Meck, was born on April 17, 1924, in St. Paul. Elizabeth graduated from Preston High School in 1942 and went on to serve in the United States Navy during World War II. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Preston and was an active member of her church.
She is survived by her daughter Wendy Wolf of Faribault, two grandsons, Dana and Derek Wolf of Dundas; and great-grandchildren Ariannah, Aiden and Bentley.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents;, brother, Calton (Earlynne) Meck Jr., and one brother in infancy.
