Daniel Morel, 86, was born in Bar-le-Duc, France, on November 11, 1939.
He passed away August 10, 2026, at his home in Fountain, Minnesota.
Daniel is survived by his wife Linda Hazel, two daughters: Laurence Morel (Fred Mboma) of Montreal, Canada, and Veronique Morel of Raonne, France; four grandchildren: David, Oliver, Florian and Valentin; and nieces and nephews.
A private service is being held.
He will be remembered in France, Canada, Congo, and the United States. “Une belle vie, une belle mort.”
