NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be accepted by the County Engineer, at the Fillmore County Highway Department, Preston, MN until
1:00
p.m.
on
the
9th
day
of
November,
2020,
for the following project:

LOST-88927-102:

Culvert
replacement
with
culvert,
minor
approach
grading
and
aggregate
surfacing,
located on Fillmore County Road 102, approximately 415’ east of Jct Co Rd 102 and 143rd Ave and ending approximately 535’ east of Jct Co Rd 102 and 143rd Ave in Sumner Township.

This project is being paid with Local Option Sales Tax funds and therefore prevailing wages are not required.

Plan and proposal price is $30.00 picked up, and $35.00 if sent by US mail.

Plans, Proposal and Specifications can be examined and obtained from the Fillmore County Highway Department, 909 Houston Street NW, Preston, MN 55965, ph. # 507-765-3854.  Request for plans and proposals must be accompanied by a check, draft or a money order, payable to the Fillmore County Treasurer, in the amount mentioned above.

Bids submitted must be individually sealed, and identified on the outside for each specific project.   A bidder’s bond or a certified check in the amount of at least 5% of the total amount bid and payable must accompany the bid to the Treasurer of Fillmore County.

Fillmore County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
