On page five of the April 3 issue of the Fillmore County Journal, nominations for the Volunteer of the Year award were published. The nomination submitted for Stacy Tart of Spring Valley stated that she serves on the fire department. In fact, Stacy is the longest serving EMT on the Spring Valley Ambulance service.
