In the August 16 Fillmore County Journal, the Chatfield City Council article on page 31, titled “Dave Frank takes oath of office,” stated, “There were no comments from the public during the hearing,” concerning the Mill Creek Overlook General Development Plan. There was no opportunity for the public to comment during the city council meeting. However, during the Planning Commission held a week earlier, there were comments from the public on this development. Tony Billmeier, his wife, and a neighbor commented at the Planning Commission public hearing.
