NOTICE OF HEARING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FILLMORE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS
POWDER RIVER DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, LLC
Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Planning Commission has been presented an application from Powder River Development Services, LLC, represented by Curt Walter, of 2897 Lake Vista Drive NW, Rochester, MN 55901, for a Conditional Use Permit for a Telecommunications Tower on property owned by Ron & Tina Sand located in the SE ¼ of the NE ¼, Section 35, Norway Township. The property is located in an Agricultural District and is approximately 8 miles south of the City of Rushford.
Notice is further given that said petitioner Powder River Development Services, LLC, represented by Curt Walter, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on August 20, 2020 at 7:05 p.m. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on the Fillmore County website at www.co.fillmore.mn.us
Information will be available at that time as to when the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners will act upon this petition.
