Approve Resolution approving EDA/RLF Residential Rehab Revolving Loan for Dave & Heidi Petersen
Review details for proposed budget and levy for collection in 2022; proposed levy is same as last year, 0% increase; reviewed capital projects breakdown. Approve Resolution setting max levy $1,017,000. And date for public comment meeting 12/13/21.
Approve Conduit Debt Policy, plan for annual review.
Updates: Taste of Trail good event, many compliments; positive reports from airport users, all hangars rented; areas being cleaned up. Plans in place for electric cabinet movement.
