Review Chamber Decorating Contest, AcenTek notice on channel changes, Thank You Note from visitors at airport, history of LGA and formulas.
Approve Resolution for public hearing on Winona Health Care Facilities Revenue Refunding Notes; City to assist with conduit debt; will receive administrative fee.
Approve application to MN Rural Water Assoc. for bank placement of ’14 Improvement Bond refunding; use cash in debt service to lower size of refunding issue; return October 12th with results of proposal.
Approve Micro Grant Policy to include business valuations.
Review details for proposed budget and levy for collection in 2022; proposed levy is same as last year, 0% increase; reviewed capital projects breakdown. Actual property taxes would depend on valuations and what other entities levy as well. Set December 12th at 6:30 p.m. as Public Comment Date for Proposed Property Tax Levy review.
Updates: Canoe Launch bids being posted; six EMRs taking EMT class; 9/11 memorial ceremony at park, Mayor read proclamation.
