Members Present: Mayor Benson Council members O’Donnell, Ryman, Volkman, Linder 

Staff Present:  Clerk/Treas. Zacher, Administrator Chladek

Consent agenda:  approve verified claims paid; Annual review Deer Hunting Policy, Approve LMCIT liability coverage limit; Clarify EDA feasibility study decision on four different studies for use of Farmers WIN property.  Notification of AFSCME transition to new labor representative for Local.

Derek Olinger, Bolton & Menk discussing transition of current web-based GIS program to a cloud-hosted program.  Approved entering into new ESRI contract and retaining Bolton/Menk to migrate information, mapping and conducting training for staff.

Resolution certifying past due utility bills to Fillmore County for collection on taxes

Resolution acknowledging $4,000.00 donation from Compeer Financial to Fire Dept. for base radio unit upgrade.

Updates:  Hwy 30 house to be demolished soon by MnDOT; Holiday tree lights and ice rink prep completed; annual sewer lines/lift stations maintenance and sewer and levee lift pumps inspections scheduled; fall biosolids hauling completed; quarterly water flushing completed; new PWD staff being trained in on seasonal transition of equipment, street sweeping, meter reading, routine maintenance and studying for CDL license; north end campground road edging seeded or graveled in after asphalt laid; south storage at airport had epoxy floor finished; no renter yet for that space; Ambulance Director taking DOT EMS Instructor Course to teach EMR/EMT classes; new ambulance rig coming in November to be outfitted in Rochester first; Administrator performance evaluation time, council to return forms to Mayor for compilation.
