Members Present: Mayor Benson, Council members O’Donnell, Ryman, Linder, Volkman
Staff Present: Administrator Chladek, Clerk/Treas. Zacher
Consent Agent: verified claims and fund summary report, financial statement, police rev/exp report, police activity report, utility funds recap, PWD overtime report, renewal of agreement to postpone FAA entitlement funds to City of Springfield.
Roger Knutson, public works director provided a recap of 2020 projects and potential 2021 projects and activities. Projects were and are contingent upon manpower, weather, working around planned projects, working around everyday activities of maintain utilities, equipment and infrastructure.
Notices reviewed include AcenTek HD channel changes, thank you from SMIF for annual contribution.
EDA will meet Wednesday and tour Farmer’s WIN property; Bluffland Triathlon will be held Aug 21st; annual city-wide cleanup will not be held this spring; possible late summer or fall.
