Consent Agenda: verified claims and fund summary report. Notices included Chamber newsletter, Fillmore County Zoning notice, Public Hearing Notice of Hwy 30 Layout Approval set for 4/26/21, notification of GSLH Administrator Lindh’s retirement.
Receive presentation from Fillmore County Sheriff John DeGeorge and Commissioner Mitch Lenz regarding the Fillmore County Jail Needs Study.
Approve Gambling Resolutions for National Wild Turkey Federation event at the American Legion and Knights of Columbus St. Francis of Assisi Council event at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Hold public hearing on proposed Parking Ordinance; hear concerns and comments and discuss amendments and clarifications to the ordinance – review again at next council meeting.
Approve Change Order #1 for 2020 Electric project (Winona St. URG and 600 amp switchgear project).
Approve Resolution Authorizing Easement Acquisition for Trunk Hwy 30 following the appraisal process.
