The meeting was called to order by an electronic group meeting on Zoom.
Consent Agent: verified claims and RPVCC 2nd quarter activity report
Notices included AcenTek annual meeting, Harter’s letter, calendar and recycling bins being delivered last week of July, FEMA still reviewing LOMR request of property owners, Mandatory Mask requirement.
Elizabeth Wefel, Attorney/Lobbyist from Coalition Greater MN Cities (CGMC) reviewed recent legislative session and projects and areas of concern for cities; reviewed COVID issues and CARES funding.
Approved Resolution acknowledging donation from Lions Club for funds and labor and from Rushford Community Foundation for funding for the wooden top bench on the gabion on Magelssen Bluff.
Library Board to continue services as is; airport grant paperwork in process for projects, Star Energy to hold pre-construction meeting for electric project.
