Consent Agent: verified claims and fund summary report, financial statement, police rev/exp report, police activity report, utility funds recap, PWD overtime report, approval of 2021 Ambulance Officers, annual review of 2021 Fee Schedule (increasing CUP/Variance fee to $75.00).
Notices reviewed include RPVCC newsletter; CGMC Legislative Action Day; MN DEED new federal stimulus funding flyer; MN DEED County Relief funding program; reminder of 2% sewer rate increase effective Jan ’21; thank you note from Lupy Myhro for resolution and recognition of election judge service.
Review memo from Chief of Police Eide regarding new squad car and equipment planned and budgeted for. Estimated total for ’21 Tahoe with trade-in, change-over, new equipment, new graphics $37,050.
Review notification, letter of map revision and draft map final FEMA requirement for floodplain modelling. Review easement acquisition paperwork for Hwy 30 project to be sent to each property owner; some for temporary and some for permanent easements. Review annual performance evaluation Administrator Chladek.
Set dates for Council meetings for ’21. Reappoint O’Donnell as Acting Mayor for ’21. Make appointments of council members to various boards and commissions. Make official appointment of health officer, animal control, bank depositories, newspaper, forester, emergency operations director.
Publish 1
