Consent Agent: verified claims and fund summary report, financial statement, police rev/exp report, utility funds recap, PWD overtime report, approval of annual engagement letter with David Drown Assoc. Mike Bubany municipal advisor., Review of EDA/RLF loan status reports. Details included fund information for flood loan funds, revolving loan funds and housing rehab loan funds.
Notices reviewed include RPVCC newsletter, Acentek annual meeting notice, Acentek channel additions and rate increases effective 3/1/21, CGMC February advocacy topics, planned power outage notice
Adopt Resolution to be sent to lawmakers stressing importance of LGA funding to cities on time and in full. Approve Rushford State Bank subordination request for the RLF Home Rehabilitation Loan for Daniel & Kimberly Bowe. Approve contracting services of Kristin Burdey and Annika Bakkum-Ekern for creation/production of community news program, to be paid $50.00 each per show. Coordinate with RPVCC to be run bi-weekly on PEG channel, also U-Tube, Facebook, Website. Approve EDA Strategic Plan with additional concentration on existing businesses and empty storefronts. Discussion on funding options for rebuilding airport hangar structure and locating additional renters.
