Notices and Consent Agenda: RPVCC Annual meeting 3/6/25 at Legion, Acentek notice of rate changes; Fillmore County notice of Tax Forfeiture Property in City; Mn WARN poster; Spitzer of Semcac Rolling Hills Transport to attend 3/24/25 meeting. Approve verified claims, approve annual ambulance subsidy contract with County, approve Rushford Fire Relief officer appointment. Approve EDA/RLF Loan Status noting transfers between funds; receivables in each of the funds and reduction and/or addition of same in each fund, MPCA compliance check at WWTP report indicated no action required.
Set public hearing for public notice/public comment regarding Rushford Police Dept. purchasing body-worn cameras and implementing body-warn camera programs.
Review annual water report indicating gallons pumped, sold, accounted for and unaccounted for. Information supplied for annual DNR water permit report and Annual Water Conservation Report.
Resolution adopted in support of Fillmore County Ordinance regarding Sale of Hemp & Cannabis. Resolution adopted approving matching funds Micro Grant for Ross Himlie Photography.
Updates: classes and training set for two new PWD employees, all 11 airport hangars rented out, bench for trails being donated, memorial tree in Brooklyn being donated. EDA loan to NL Acquisitions will close first part of March, Himlie Bus Park lot sale nearly complete. City Attorney reviewing 25-year renewal of MN Energy Resources Natural Gas Franchise Ordinance. Library staff training conducted for new SELCO computer system.
