Members Members Present:  Mayor Benson Council members O’Donnell, Ryman, Linder, Volkman Staff Present:  Clerk/Treas. Zacher, Administrator Chladek

  1. Aakre addressed council on three areas of concern near her residence on Briella Avenue; semi-truck parking, pile of chip sealing rocks and debris in the Himlie Business Park pond.  All issues will be addressed by public works and police department.

Consent agenda:  approve verified claims paid and letter of support for RAHS grant funding request for depot project.

Approve agreement with Al Wieser III, Wieser Law to provide prosecutorial legal services to the City.  Agreement to be signed and coordination completed for proper registration with the State, access to e-charging and the Fillmore County Law Enforcement Data.

Updates:  Electrical updates to Depot during their building project to reduce to one meter; STS completed bluff trail/steps renovation project; PWD completed asphalt at shop area and on West Winona Street; Hoilands to pay for driveway asphalt repairs; chip sealing completed and after sweeping parking lines will be repainted; Legion parking lot accessibility approach repairs will be paid by City and the rock and concrete work next to building will be covered by Legion; Airport land to be sprayed next July for grub problems in the grassy areas; Ambulance Dept. got new logo/decals for garage doors; 485 responses received to date on survey for uses of  Farmer’s WIN property; Fillmore County grant from Opioid lawsuit will provide a drug drop-off box to be located in city hall/library area.
