Consent Agent: verified claims and fund summary report, Rushford Peterson Valley Chamber 3rd quarter activity report, approval of release of lien form for pay off of a Small Cities Grant, approval of release of lien form for pay off of flood loan balance, (both for T. Lesser property due to change of ownership and clearing of titles) approval of request for subordination of flood loan mortgage due to refinancing of debt for Kinneberg Enterprises.
Notices included LMC and CGMC articles on passing of bonding bill and other items of interest to cities.
Approve Resolution acknowledging grant from Center for Technology & Civic Life to help defray expenses of the 2020 General Election.
Approve distribution of CARES Act funds to six new applications at $4,000.00 each. Review remaining funds, review all loans, spreadsheet of information, recap of history/minutes and analysis of other funds received by applicants with decision to split remaining funds between 20 applicants, each to receive an additional $900.00.
