Staff Present: Administrator Chladek, Clerk/Treas. Zacher
The meeting was called to order by an electronic group meeting on Zoom.
Consent Agent: verified claims and fund summary report, PWD OT and banked hours report; financial statement fund summary budget to actual report; police dept. revenue/expense report, police activity report, utility fund recap report.
Notices included Chamber newsletter, MN Dept. of Health pool inspection report, Beth Stanford letter regarding organic approach to weed and brush management on the bluff roadway; areas will be flagged if any spraying is done. Primary Election planning in place for August 11th event.
Approved Bluff Land Triathalon plans and COVID-19 plan for activities, screening, safety for events on August 15th event at park, bike trail and bluff.
Approved Board of Zoning Appeals recommendation to grant a 14’ backyard variance for construction of a deck/porch for Merlin & Judy Meyer.
Approved Resolution Acknowledging donation from Leigh & Kayla Volkman of $500.00 for supplies for the Rushford Aquatic Center.
Reviewed Aquatic Center COVID Plan and Operation Rules & Regulations; screenings, registrations, safety rules, staff rules and operational guidelines.
Review signage for park where playground equipment has been removed.
Harter’s will be sending out letters and calendars in July on options for garbage services and for dates of pickup. By end of July recycling totes will be provided at no cost to residents.
