The timeless tale of George Bailey and all the characters you’ve grown to love from It’s A Wonderful Life are given a clever twist when the story is staged as a live 1940’s radio broadcast. Five actors will give voice to the memorable residents of Bedford Falls accompanied by sound effects produced live onstage. As told by members of the talented Commonweal ensemble, the classic story of love, friendship and redemption has never looked or sounded the same.
Tickets are $20 for the previews November 16-23, and $35 for November 23 – December 22.
