Clarification

In the June 26, 2023, Preston City Council article titled “Preston formalizes reasons for denying rezoning request,” the wording of the motion on page 13 concerning the county’s THC ordinance should state: The council unanimously approved a motion to take “no action” regarding the county ordinance, which will keep regulation at the county level.
