Notice is hereby given that the City of Wykoff will conduct a public hearing on Monday, July 8th, 2024, at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Room at 106 Gold St. N., Wykoff, MN 55990 to hear reasons for and against a Variance request by Cody and Malissa Stuart. The property is located at 116 Main St. S, Wykoff, MN. A variance is being requested from Ordinance 151.21.2 Single Family Residential District; Section (c) Accessory Uses which establishes a structure not to exceed 12 feet in height. Their variance request is for a 15-foot height on the garage being built.
All property owners or residents living in the vicinity of the above-described property are hereby notified of the public hearing. An interested person may attend in person or may be represented by a counsel to be heard on this matter.
