City of Spring Grove Ordinance Amendments

CHAPTER 1500 WATER- is hereby amended as follows:

B. WATER REGULATIONS

b. Connection Charges

i.v. A consumer may, by written request, have his or her meter tested by paying the

actual cost to have it sent in and calibrated.

CHAPTER 720 PUBLIC UTILITIES, ELECTRIC-
is hereby amended as follows:

3. Meter Testing

b. The fee for electric meter testing will be the actual cost.

CHAPTER 904-ENVIRONMENTAL-
is hereby amended as follows:

B. GRASS AND WEEDS.

4. Notice to Owner.

When the owner or occupant of any lot or parcel within the City allow a weed nuisance to exist, the City shall serve notice upon the owner of said property owner or occupant to have such weeds cut and removed within 10 days after the date the notice is mailed. If, after notice, the nuisance still exists, the city will remove said nuisance.

b. New Construction, Detached Garage, Accessory Building

i.  0-999 square feet $50

ii. 1,000-1,999 square feet$100

iii. 2,000+ square feet$200

c. Failure to obtain a building permit prior to new build construction $250
