TRAFFIC REGULATIONS AND PARKING OF
MOTOR VEHICLES
(AMENDED)
A. 4 “Truck,” means any of the following:
a.Vehicles commonly known as trucks that have a capacity of more than 8,000 pounds according to the manufactures rating, or,
b.Vehicles commonly known as trucks having an overall length of more than 25 feet, or width at any point of more than 8 feet
c.Dump trucks, tractors, truck-tractors, semi-trailers or any heavy machinery, or,
d.Any vehicle commonly referred to as trucks, trailer or semi-trailer which is being used for the transportation of livestock or has been used for the transportation of livestock and has not been cleaned.
D. GENERAL PROHIBITIONS
16. No vehicles having greater than 2 axles can park on a residential street or alley between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
I.TRUCK PARKING:
2. Trucks. No truck, as identified in section A.4. of this Ordinance, shall park on any street or alley way in a residential district for more than one hour.
