The City Council of the City of Rushford Village has amended Ordinance No. 2, Collection Ordinance, to regulate the collection of unpaid services and other charges.
The following is a summary of the above stated amendments to the ordinance:
The City of Rushford Village has amended Ordinance No. 2, Collection Ordinance as follows: Mowing of private property consistent with Ordinance No 7. (mowing ordinance) has been added to Section 2; References to Minn. Stat. 436.15 to Minn. Stat. 436.25 have been removed from Section 2.
A complete copy of Ordinance No. 2, Collection Ordinance, is available for inspection by any persons during regular office hours at the office of the City Clerk at the Rushford Village City Hall, 43038 State Highway 30, Rushford, Minnesota 55971. Interested Parties can also request a copy by mail or electronic mail.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon publication.
