Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Rushford Village will hold two public hearings prior to the regular council meeting on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Rushford Village City Hall located at 43038 State Highway 30, Rushford, Minnesota 55971. Public Hearing 1 will begin at 6:40 p.m.; Public Hearing 2 will begin at 6:50 p.m.
Public Hearing 1: The purpose of the first public hearing is to establish Rushford Village City Ordinance No. 20, Liquor Ordinance.
Public Hearing 2: The purpose of the second public hearing is to establish Rushford Village City Ordinance No. 21, Gambling Ordinance.
All interested persons who wish to provide comments may do so at the public hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the City office prior to the hearing.
Complete copies of the proposed ordinances are available for inspection by any persons during regular office hours at the office of the City Clerk at the Rushford Village City Hall, 43038 State Highway 30, Rushford Village, Minnesota 55971. Interested Parties can also request a copy by mail or electronic mail.
