NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. at the Rushford City Hall, 101 North Mill Street, on July 13, 2020, to consider the request of Merlin & Judy Meyer to construct a 16’ x 20’ three-season porch and deck structure with less than the required back yard. The original house design includes a deck header board on the east side of their structure. A 14’ backyard variance is requested in order to build their desired porch and deck. The east side of their property abuts a hillside owned by the City which will never have buildings constructed on it. This construction will not have an adverse effect on that City land. The Meyer property is located at 617 Hanover Court in the City of Rushford.
The hearing is open to the public and interested persons are encouraged to attend.
