Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Lanesboro will hold a public hearing to consider a preliminary plat application for a proposed development named Lamon Heights on parcel ID 190398100. The application requests that the existing parcel be subdivided into six (6) lots. The public hearing will take place on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 6 p.m. at Lanesboro City Hall located 202 Parkway Avenue South, Lanesboro, MN.
At the public hearing for consideration of the preliminary plat, the Planning Commission shall consider public comments. The Commission’s review of the application will include, but is not limited to: environmental impact, compatibility with the surrounding area, suitability of the area for subdividing, public health and welfare, crowding potential, and compatibility with the City Comprehensive Plan.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend and provide comments.
