Notice is hereby given that the Lanesboro Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 6:15 p.m. at Lanesboro City Hall, located at 202 Parkway Avenue South, Lanesboro, MN.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an Interim Use Permit application submitted by Sparrow Valley Properties, LLC for the property located at 505 Parkway Avenue South, Lanesboro, MN (Parcel ID: 190259000), situated in the R-3 Business Residential District.
The applicant is requesting approval to operate six (6) short-term lodging units at the property for a defined period of time, such as one year.
The application is available for public review at Lanesboro City Hall-City Administrator/Clerk’s Office.
Comments may be directed to the Planning & Zoning Commission during the public hearing.
This notice is provided in accordance with Minnesota Statutes § 462.3597 and Lanesboro City Ordinance § 151.57.
