The Harmony City Council voted to approve the amended Ordinance 150 Zoning: Section 604 Regulations for Industrial Districts on June 11, 2024: The council approved publishing the summary of Ordinance 150 rather than entire text, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 412.191, subd. 4. The full Ordinance text is available for inspection by any person during the City’s regular business hours at 225 3rd AVE SW, Harmony, Minnesota.
Summary of Ordinance 150:
The Ordinance is adopted to amend and adjust the rear yard requirement in industrial lots. The Ordinance Section 604.6 Rear Yard Requirement is amended to read, “Each lot shall have a rear yard of not less than 15 feet.”
The ordinance shall take effect upon publication.
