NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATFIELD OF THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF THE WIDTH OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the owner of Lot 23, Fingerson & Donahoe First Subdivision within the City of Chatfield has requested that the City of Chatfield narrow or confine the width of a drainage easement located on the west side of said Lot 23 so that it is a maximum of 12 feet in width, and authorize the vacation and abandonment of said drainage easement on the west side of said lot that exceeds 12 feet in width.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chatfield, Minnesota, that a public hearing shall be conducted before the members of the City Council at 7:00 p.m. on July 13, 2020, in the Council Chambers of the Thurber Municipal Building, 21 Second Street SE, Chatfield, Minnesota 55923, on the proposal to vacate and abandon the portion of the drainage easement platted on the westerly portion of Lot 23, Fingerson & Donahoe First Subdivision that exceeds 12 feet in width.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Chatfield this 22nd day of June, 2020.
