The Canton City Council will hold a public hearing on December 8, 2021, at 6 p.m. to consider a land use variance request from Dallas and Karlee Serfoss.
The applicants request permission to build a 10 ft. x 20 ft. outbuilding at 405 North Main Street. The proposed project does not meet the 10 ft. property line setback requirement to the north.
The public hearing will take place at the Canton Town Hall, located at 107 North Ash Street.
