Hearing City of Chatfield
The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Chatfield will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 2nd, 2021, during its regular meeting that will begin at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to take public comment regarding a proposal made by Michael and Julie Sogla for a hotel and medium density residential development and amending the current zoning district from RR – Rural Residential to R-2 – Multifamily Residential and B-2 – Neighborhood Commercial Zoning Districts. The property is generally located in the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 31, Elmira Township and west of the intersection of Mill Creek Road NW and Division Street NW.
