Harmony council debates lot fees
At their July 9 meeting, the Harmony City Council once again discussed the possibility of charging a lot fee based on utility base charges to residents who own a buildable lot in town. County declares state of emergency
The board authorized a letter to be sent to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety stating the county experienced extensive damage from the June 27-28 heavy rains and flooding.
