R-P signs contract for Nike apparel
At their regular meeting June 20, the Rushford-Peterson School Board approved a five-year contract with Nike. In this contract, R-P agreed to purchase Nike apparel for its varsity sports programs at 40% off the retail price. Motorcycle accident claims lives of two men
Winneshiek County Deputies responded to a motorcycle accident that occurred on the evening of June 11 on County Road A14. The driver, Wyatt Rex Tibbals, 21, of Cresco, Iowa, was traveling at a high rate of speed on a motorcycle and struck pedestrian, Finn Lee Ronken, 22, of Canton, Minn., who was in the roadway.
