A New Year’s Day mid-morning crash claimed the life of 17-year-old Dylan Delaney of Mabel, Minn. On October 9, 2017, at approximately 2:52 a.m., the Fillmore County Sheriff’s Communication Center received a 911 call reporting a fire at Johnny Ringo’s Bar & Grill located at 112 South Broadway in Spring Valley.
