(1A Play-In) 17-seed Mabel-Canton (8-18) 54, 16-seed Wabasha-Kellogg (7-19) 66 (M-C: Alex Arneson 17 pts, 7 rebs; Jaymeson Tollefsrud 14 pts (4-6 threes, 5-7 FGs), 7 rebs; Jordan Larson 11 pts (4-4 FTs), 4 asts. W-K: Adam Dunagan 19 pts; Parker Springer 15 pts. Falcons held M-C leading scorer Cayden Tollefsrud to five points (2-12 FGs). W-K led 38-21 at halftime. Cougars finish at 8-19) 

(1A Play-In) 18-seed Houston (1-24) 24, 15-seed Schaeffer Academy (10-16) 60 (H: Morgan Rohweder 15 pts (5-10 threes). SA: Ethan VanSchepen 19 pts, 8 rebs; Matthew Gingrich 10 pts, 16 rebs. Lions built 33-10 halftime lead and coasted. Rohweder had five of Houston’s eight field goals. Houston ends at 1-25)

(1A Round of 16) 11-seed Fillmore Central (9-17) 70, 6-seed Lyle/Pacelli (22-4) 78 (FC: J. Kiehne 20 pts; Luke Hellickson 14 pts (4-5 threes), 5 rebs; Dillon O’Connor 13 pts (5-7 FGs); Will Parker 10 pts, 8 rebs; Gunner Benson 9 pts; Bryce Corson 4 pts, 5 rebs, 5 asts, 4 stls. L/P: Buay Koak 30 pts (4-7 threes, 10-12 FTs), 8 rebs; Jakob Truckenmiller 19 pts; Mac Nelson 17 pts. L/P led 48-26 at halftime, but Falcons used a 38-15 run to go ahead 64-63 midway through the second half. L/P responded with a 9-0 run to lead 72-64 and their edge then never dipped below five. Threes: L/P 12 of 19 (63%), FC 10 of 28 (36%). FTs: L/P 22 of 27 (82%), FC 10 of 17 (59%). Falcons finish at 9-18)

(1A Round of 16) 12-seed Grand Meadow (11-15) 59, 5-seed Kenyon-Wanamingo (20-5) 69 (GM: Roman Warmka 25 pts; Connor Munson 16 pts; Jace Kraft 10 pts; Taylor Glynn 8 pts. KW: Gavin Sommer 19 pts; Laden Nerison 19 pts. Larks trailed by just two (27-25) at intermission. The lost despite hitting 10 threes to K-W’s five. FTs: K-W 14 of 19 (74%), GM 3 of 4 (75%). Larks finish at 11-16)

(1A Round of 16) 10-seed Lanesboro (16-10) 53, 7-seed Southland (16-6) 75 (L: M. Howard 21 pts (5-12 threes); John Prestemon 13 pts, 6 rebs, 7 asts; Logan Torgerson 7 pts, 14 rebs. S: Eli Wolff 39 pts. Burros started game up 11-3, but trailed 35-22 at halftime. The closest they got was 54-48 in the second half. Southland scored 21 of the final 26 points. Threes: S 11 of 30 (37%), L 6 of 21 (29%). FTs: S 12 of 20 (60%), L 5 of 9 (56%))

(1A Round of 16) 9-seed LeRoy-Ostrander (16-10) 63, 8-seed Randolph (13-13) 83 (L-O: L. Royston 20 pts (8-12 FTs); Layne Bird 15 pts (3-5 threes, 6-9 FGs), 3 asts, 3 stls; Tanner Olson 13 pts. R: Nathan Weckup 15 pts; Mason Lorenzen 14 pts; Clay Nielson 14 pts. Rockets led by just three (29-26) at intermission but outscored Cardinals 54-37 in second half. Rockets hit 11 threes to L-O’s seven. Five Rockets made double figures while seven had at least eight points)
