Arvin Emil Fabian, 85, died peacefully on January 21, 2022, in Tucson, Ariz.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at St. Matthew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 766 W. Wabasha, Winona, Minn. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
