Arlene O. (Brevig) Stark, age 93, of Winona, passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021, at her home.
Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the funeral service at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 1, 2021, at St. Martin’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Winona. Spring burial will be in the Fountain City Public Cemetery in Fountain City, Wis.
